PRIVATE CHEF
Do you have plans for a private dining dinner at home? Let me take care of it and I will turn it into a culinary evening with high-quality gourmet dishes based on daily fresh local products. In this 4 or 5 course dinner you will be pampered all evening starting with a surprising amuse, refreshing entrees, unforgettable vegetarian or meat-fish dishes and to finish with cheeses or a sweet dessert. This adapted by season and accompanying wines. Wine can be found in my wine shop and is a mandatory part of a private dinner.
What to expect? A complete dinner in your own home. Prior to the dinner I will inquire about your wishes and make a customized menu suggestion. Below are a few examples of the dishes I serve.

Appetizer
As a private dining appetizer, think about fried pigeon breast with port sauce mushrooms and perfumed beet. As a warm intermediate course, baked cod with stir fried spinach sweet potato puree saffron sauce and candied lemon, or a soup of pumpkin with goat cream.
Main course
As a private dining main course pheasant legs with powerful poultry gravy perfumed with garlic accompanied by potato mousseline and various seasonal vegetables. Or fillet of venison with port sauce mushrooms red cabbage stew and pommes duchesse.
Dessert
To end the evening, a delicious board of sweet treats & cheeses and a dessert wine or port to go with it. Or as a classic, crepe Suzette.
Wine Package
Wine pairing is by arrangement, depending on which types of wine are served with which dish. From a good simple wine to a grand cru. I sell the wines by the bottle and can advise you which is best with which dish.
