Since I prepare everything fresh and by hand, and do not want to compromise on the quality of the food I make, my price is slightly higher than the standard caterer.
I believe in the power of simplicity: do as little as possible with a high-quality product. I implement this motto in all forms of catering I provide. Because I live in Flevoland, I work together with several farmers to buy daily fresh products there and incorporate them into dishes and make regional products. These are for sale in farm stores.
I have a phobia of opening ready-made bags. Grandma’s authentic cast iron pans I hold in high regard.
Old school cooking that statement by Onno Kokmeijer on the program Topchef was the biggest compliment I could get as a cook, and that’s right I did a classical French education.

Just act normal and you’ll be crazy enough is what I have been told over the years. The same goes for the food I serve as a caterer.
So, if you love food like me, don’t worry and eat fat, every pound goes through the mouth, as long as it is healthy and honestly prepared, you never lose your love for food.
